This sheet lists everything needed for a complete submission.

Sending a submission to JIBNA:
- Email the submission to underwriting@insure-jewelry.com, with the client's name in the subject line.
Along with the Application, the submission should include all documents specified on the Submission Checklist.
Binding coverage:
- JIBNA will send you a formal proposal for coverage, usually within 2-3 business days.
The proposal lists coverage for each item and the premium assigned.
All items JIBNA insures go through a patented Insurance-To-Value calculator to determine current value, so client is not over- or under-insured. These values may differ from the purchase price or the appraised value of the items.
- If client agrees to our proposal, reply to our email that you would like to bind coverage. Coverage is not bound until JIBNA sends BINDER EMAIL.
- JIBNA emails you a binder.
- JIBNA processes client's payment and emails policy to you.
- You review policy with your client to be sure everything is correct.
- You deliver policy to your client, either by email or as hard copy.
Renewals:
- 45-60 days prior to annual renewal, JIBNA sends a renewal notice to insured via USPS and an email to you.
This notice outlines any changes to the policy or premiums.
- Verify renewal and payment info with client, and let JIBNA know if any changes need to be made to policy or to payment info.
- JIBNA renews policy using payment info on file. Policy is mailed to client and emailed to you.
JIBNA runs payment info approximately 14 days prior to expiration. If payment info on file is not valid, a DNOC (direct notice of cancellation), effective on the expiration date of current policy, is mailed to client and emailed to agent.
