How much does the exam cost and where can I take it?
The Personal Lines exam for the state of New Jersey cost $47.00

How do I file a license application and how much does it cost?
Once you have passed your exam, go to the State’s Website & click Apply For A License. The cost for the license application is $175.


What are the required continuing education hours?
You will need 24 hours of continuing education (CE) each license term (2 years). Three of those hours need to be in ethics.


How often do I need to renew and what is the renewal fee?
The renewal period is every 2 years. The fee is $175.00 online, or $190.00 on paper.
