JIBNA's Renewal Process

What JIBNA does at renewal time

What you  do at renewal time

1. JIBNA does an insurance-to-value (ITV) assessment each year, so premiums are always appropriate. No other insurer does this.

2. JIBNA mails a renewal notice to the insured 60 days before renewal date.

3. JIBNA emails a copy of the renewal notice to you.

1. You have an opportunity to contact your client. Mention that the jewelry policy is about to renew, and inquire about any other jewelry the client has acquired during the past year that may need an appraisal or that should be included in the JIBNA policy.

4. JIBNA processes payment from the insured and sends new policy to the insured.

The new policy includes complete scheduled with color photos of all insured jewelry, so client can see exactly what's covered. No other insurer does this.

5. JIBNA emails a copy of the new policy to you.

2. You have another opportunity to discuss appraisals and insurance with your client, offer to answer any questions, and perhaps even enclose or attach a flyer that promotes your business or announces an event

6. JIBNA sends you a commission check.
